Position Summary:

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and exposure on highly visible projects by supporting the Senior Project Management Team. Project responsibilities will grow along with the demonstrated professional growth derived from individual contribution levels. In this role, the desire to master the residential design and construction process must be evident through self initiative and demonstrated design and technical strength. Designer responsibilities include but aren't limited to the preparation and development of working drawings for new or modified structures with a primary emphasis on private residences, development of CAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and interior elevations as per check set review (redlines) or client feedback.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications: Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) from an accredited university with 3-5 years experience. Strong design and graphic presentation skills required with proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, model building (manual and digital), strong verbal/written communication skills, organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to work with clients, generate and read construction documents and a desire to develop a career focus in residential architecture.
